About the Role

As a Warehouse Office Clerk, you will play a critical role in facilitating a smooth flow of customer orders through our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include scanning and assigning customer orders, processing and assigning Will Call orders, manifesting truck deliveries, performing order lookups, and processing and assigning cut and shearing orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and assign customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process and assign Will Call orders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Manifest truck deliveries, ensuring that all shipments are properly labeled and accounted for
  • Perform order lookups, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
  • Process and assign cut and shearing orders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in the fishing/boating industry a plus, but not required
  • Strong phone customer service skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and navigate designated software programs as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, and kneel, with the ability to work in a warehouse environment
