We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our hospital operations at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, management, and direction of our hospital's overall operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the hospital's mission, vision, and objectives are achieved.
  • Lead and manage the hospital's day-to-day operations, including finance, human resources, and patient care services.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff, hospital board, and other stakeholders to ensure the hospital's quality of care and patient satisfaction are maintained.
  • Develop and manage the hospital's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the hospital's marketing and business development efforts to attract patients and grow revenue.
  • Ensure the hospital's physical properties are maintained in good condition and meet regulatory standards.
  • Represent the hospital at external functions and events, promoting its mission and values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty.
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred.
  • Five years' senior-level experience in healthcare administration/management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Experience in facility operations management, human resources management, and/or finance required.
  • Prior sales/marketing/public relations experience strongly preferred.
