Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Recology. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure the safety and ongoing operation of all company vehicles and equipment.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a strong mechanical background and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with basic hand tools, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. A high school degree or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Additionally, a valid driver's license and commercial driver's license (CDL) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, inspect, and repair vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections
- Repair and replace small parts or components
- Minor repair and cleaning of components as required
- Preventive maintenance and safety inspections on company vehicles or equipment
- Attend work-related training classes

Salary Estimate
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
