Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design, code, test, and implement new user stories and functionalities with a focus on quality (security, reliability, performance) for production deployment.
  • Meet team objectives and motivate peers through informal leadership and advanced communication abilities.
  • Oversee design choices and steer the team towards achieving significant outcomes for designated products.
  • Address challenges using engineering methodologies and develop proactive design strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Essential Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Agile methodologies.
  • At least 2 years of proficiency in React (React Native or React JS).
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Appium.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles with a capability to produce clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Java programming.
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience with React Native development.
