Our team consists of seasoned professionals who excel in anticipating and addressing the needs of both property owners and residents. We take pride in our established relationships with reputable contractors, maintenance experts, financial institutions, and other service providers in the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial and operational performance of the property.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and operational reports.
  • Achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, budget management, and set performance targets for the team.
  • Recruit, train, and support the property management and leasing teams, conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Develop and execute business, marketing, and advertising strategies.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate contracts with the General Maintenance Manager and Regional Maintenance Director.
  • Plan, assess, and enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure property readiness meets NAVARINO quality standards.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Address escalated customer concerns, incident reports, and legal matters.

Qualifications: Strong ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Experience with Rent Manager software is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
