Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As an Ultrasound Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations of patients' lower extremities and other studies as needed. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure that patients receive excellent service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound examinations of patients to create a Venous Flow Map for treatment plan purposes.
  • Assist physicians in explaining treatment plans to patients and addressing their specific needs.
  • Set up and clean procedure rooms, exam rooms, and ultrasound rooms before and after each patient.
  • Perform additional ultrasound examinations as required by treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and safety.
  • Adhere to standard time allotments for each type of ultrasound exam to maintain efficient patient flow.
  • Collaborate with office staff, administrative staff, and physicians to review ultrasound schedules and ensure availability of technicians for timely patient care.
  • Develop and maintain quality of work and skills through continued education and interaction with other Ultrasound Technologists.
  • Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory to ensure continued operations.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program.
  • Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RVT / RVS / RpHS) or ability to earn certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work as part of a team.
