Overview

We are seeking a skilled Career Pathways Navigator to design and deliver services, processes, and programs that create career pathways to establish new candidate pipelines. This role collaborates with educational partners and market-level teams to coordinate clinical rotations, assign and track participant activity, support recruitment strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage apprenticeship programs for high-demand healthcare roles.
  • Identify, implement, manage, and track participation of workforce development programs partnering with local agencies, high schools, colleges, and programs.
  • Propose, develop, and execute sustainable workforce development programs researching opportunities and assessing impact.
  • Enhance community partnerships identifying workforce gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with grant writing and grant management teams to identify and process grant applications.
  • Provide career coaching services to student participants, including career exploration and career planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years related experience in education, clinical professional development, workforce development, and/or human resources.
  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, counseling, case management, career coaching, or implementing new programs.
