Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Acute Care RN to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
