Current Opening:

Our Accounting Department is seeking a candidate with expertise in handling vehicle titles, auction transactions, and dealer trades.

This role entails managing dealer trade documentation, wholesale auction sales, and private vehicle purchases. A strong capacity for multitasking and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for achieving success in this position.


Location:

The centralized corporate office is conveniently situated near major highways.

We offer a flexible Friday schedule and a pleasant working environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentation for vehicle MCO and receipt checks for incoming and outgoing dealer trade vehicles.
  • Handle paperwork for vehicle titles and checks for acquisitions from auctions, wholesalers, or private sellers.
  • Record all transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Collaborate with accounting schedules for the collection and reconciliation of outstanding balances.
  • Maintain organized working files and follow up to ensure timely processing.

The ideal candidate will possess some experience with license and title processes to navigate SOS requirements effectively.
