About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate with mechanical teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Prioritize work to minimize manufacturing downtime and complete all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Repair or maintain industrial production or processing machinery, including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessary.
  • Analyze test results and machine error messages to diagnose equipment problems.
  • Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards.
  • Support the facility's food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance and achieve desired results.
Requirements
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
  • Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
Physical Demands
  • Standing, walking, kneeling, and bending approximately 85% of the day.
  • Computer and administrative work approximately 15% of the day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
