Job Overview

Position: Maintenance Technician

Company: HR Direct Service

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation: $19 per hour

Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the facilities. The role includes:

  • Conducting electrical repairs in communal areas, such as lighting and laundry facilities.
  • Ensuring that mechanical equipment is operational and performing repairs as needed.
  • Carrying out general cleaning and maintenance of the building.
  • Installing and replacing flooring, staircases, and plumbing as required.
  • Repairing and painting doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
  • Managing waste and recycling bins throughout the premises.
  • Maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems as necessary.

This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. Candidates should possess relevant experience in electrical work, drywall, and plumbing.
