Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Implement the plan of care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work under the direction of physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
- Communicate Effectively: Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage time.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education and Licensure: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license from the State of Texas as a LVN.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
- Experience: One or more years of experience as a LVN preferred, with a strong background in rural health clinic settings.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage time.
