**Job Description:**

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at SLP Operations, LLC, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will work collaboratively with the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff to deliver direct resident care and ensure the well-being of our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.

Supervise the CNA staff in the delivery of direct resident care.

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.

Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.

Capable of maintaining regular attendance and meeting all local health regulations.

Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.

Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
