Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our innovative organization, PRO Companies, which operates within the human services and health sectors. Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals and communities through effective behavioral support.

About PRO Pediatric Services:

Our specialized division, PRO Pediatric Services, provides essential support to students ranging from Early Intervention to grade 12. We collaborate with various educational institutions, including school districts and charter schools, to deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time caseload, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week during standard school hours.
  • Work with either Middle School or High School students.
  • Previous experience in a school district as a BCBA is required for consideration.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Positions available as W2 employees or 1099 Independent Contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active Pennsylvania professional license and certification (e.g., PA LBS, BCBA).
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children and/or youth.
  • Required prior experience in a school-based setting.
  • Current clearances (obtained within the last six months).
