Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $109,475.84 to $114,819.36, based on 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts. This includes tax-free stipend amounts to be determined.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the CVICU unit, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in critical care nursing, preferably in the CVICU setting.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
