KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FOOD RUNNER

  • Exemplify our core values in every interaction.
  • Familiarize yourself with the layout of the dining area and bar, delivering food items to the correct tables.
  • Ensure table readiness, setting customers up for a successful dining experience.
  • Maintain bar stock with necessary supplies and tools throughout your shift.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
  • Keep Food Runner areas clean and organized.
  • Follow the guidelines outlined in The Dead Rabbit's team member handbook.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members as needed.
  • Communicate efficiently with team members regarding operational issues before, during, and after shifts.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in hospitality or similar roles is essential.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop within the industry.
  • Ambitious, disciplined, and enthusiastic individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and manage multiple items during service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the role.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
