Montessori Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lead Guides in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Lead Guides in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities
• Assist in creating a safe and engaging learning environment
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our Montessori curriculum
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements:

• Valid negative TB test (in the last 12 months) or willingness to take prior to start date
• Valid CPR certification or willingness to become certified prior to start date
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
