Critical Care Nursing Opportunity
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in a Combined Intensive Care Unit specializing in Medical, Surgical, and Cardiovascular care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and NIH Stroke Scale assessments for patients requiring critical care.
- Manage patients with level IV trauma, excluding burns or transplants, and care for post-operative patients including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) and Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR).
- Experience with NxStage dialysis systems, managing Cerebrovascular Accidents (CVA), Pulmonary Embolism (PE), Gastrointestinal Bleeding (GIB), Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), and Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA).
- Proficiency with cardiac assist devices like Impella and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP).
- Implement hypothermia protocol as needed.
- Maintain a 1:2 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio in the ICU setting.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- ACLS and NIH Stroke Certification.
- BLS certification.
- Registered Nurse License.
