Position Overview:
RTI International is a leading independent research organization with over three decades of experience supporting governments, communities, and the private sector. The Sustainable Growth & Resilience (SG&R) unit within the International Development Group integrates RTI's expertise across various sectors, including food security, agriculture, energy, environment, water, governance, and economic opportunity. SG&R aims to utilize RTI's extensive experience in designing and executing multisectoral programs and technical solutions to address climate change, enhance resilience, and foster economic growth worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
RTI is looking to establish a roster of qualified short- and long-term technical experts for several USAID-funded programs concentrating on climate change, environmental sustainability, and resilience. The locations for these positions will vary based on contract and task order awards.
We encourage candidates with expertise in climate change across the following thematic areas to submit their CVs for consideration:

Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of professional experience.
- Prior experience with USAID and working with international counterparts is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in donor-funded international development projects is encouraged.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
