Service Consultant

Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Southpoint is seeking an experienced Service Consultant to join our team. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers. You will work closely with our technicians to identify required maintenance and advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and our service team. You will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, estimating repair costs, and explaining estimates to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Key Responsibilities:
