Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Afterschool Care Teacher at Paradise Christian School. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with Early Childhood children in the afternoon, planning and executing fun activities, and providing support with homework.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor games, and group games.
Assist children with their homework and provide individualized support as needed.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English.
Must have completed the required 40-hour DCF training.
Must meet all DCF requirements.
Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening.
Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated.
Must enjoy working with children.
Must be available to work one of three shifts: 1:00-6:00, 2:00-6:00, or 2:30-6:30.
