Job Description: As an Advanced Clinical Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education. Your duties will include conducting physical exams, assessing patient health, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough physical examinations to assess patient health and identify potential issues
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, including developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Prescribing medications and other treatments as necessary to improve patient outcomes
  • Educating patients about health management and prevention techniques
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and a state license. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
