About the Role:

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient progress and plan
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices in critical care nursing

Requirements:

To be successful as a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of critical care nursing theories and practices
