About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnosis and treatment of complex communication disorders in adults and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and administer diagnostic tests to identify communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and neurological defects.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure effective treatment and communicate test results to members and caregivers.
  • Train junior therapists and participate in developing inservice programs for staff development.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Minimum two years of previous experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
  • National Provider Identifier.
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
