Position Overview:
As a Clinical Systems Manager, you will oversee the operations, administration, and development of clinical systems. Your role will involve crafting and executing business strategies, policies, and procedures for clinical systems. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction for clinical systems, including project planning, staffing, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical standards and specifications for clinical applications.
• Provide expert guidance on clinical workflows and application management best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and supervise the activities of Information Technology professionals to implement efficient and cost-effective infrastructure and business solutions that support organizational goals.
• Evaluate and procure new technologies, applications, and support tools, analyzing emerging technologies relevant to the healthcare sector.
• Engage in architectural planning, determining requirements for additional or upgraded hardware and software to maintain the long-term viability of the IT environment.
• Manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership, including evaluating alternative solutions for enterprise-wide infrastructure and business capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and practices while fostering professional growth opportunities for staff.

Collaboration and Reporting:
• Coordinate training across supported product lines, developing staff training and development programs.
• Work collaboratively with user groups and IT units to synchronize plans and activities, including development projects and software upgrades.
• Provide regular reports on activity status and forecasts of resource utilization.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Math, Science, or Healthcare; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience, particularly in clinical or healthcare application development, process analysis, and technology planning.
• A minimum of 2 years of staff management experience is required.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide clinical or healthcare solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies.
