Electronics Manufacturing Engineer Manager

As an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer Manager at dataCon, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of electronic chassis assemblies for production equipment. This includes circuit card assemblies, backplanes, cables, and harnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates for circuit card assemblies, backplanes, cables, and harnesses.
- Develop visual aids using Aegis FactoryLogix.
- Create and maintain manufacturing visual aids, routings, bills of material, and detailed assembly and inspection instructions.
- Develop tooling and fixturing to facilitate production.
- Monitor the costs, schedules, and performance of major contracts.
- Review engineering ECO packages for signoff.
- Review and approve specifications for purchases.
- Resolve technical problems encountered during the production process.
- Review requests for quotation, ensuring information is complete, quantity, and special instructions.
- Evaluate the estimated cost vs. the actual cost of past production orders and correct routing times and BOMs to reflect data accurately.
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
College degree a plus.
Aegis FactoryLogix experience.
