**Job Overview**

The Kraft Group is seeking a highly skilled Full Season Membership Account Manager to join our team. As a dedicated service professional, you will provide exceptional customer service to a large portfolio of premium full-season membership accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium full-season membership accounts.
  2. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute events and experiences tailored to Premium Membership Accounts.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
