Full Season Membership Account Manager

**Job Overview**
The Kraft Group is seeking a highly skilled Full Season Membership Account Manager to join our team. As a dedicated service professional, you will provide exceptional customer service to a large portfolio of premium full-season membership accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium full-season membership accounts.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute events and experiences tailored to Premium Membership Accounts.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
