POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sanitation Specialist is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that the environment meets the highest standards for our clients and their families. This role is essential for the overall aesthetic and operational excellence of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sanitizing patient/resident rooms, communal areas, floors, windows, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
  2. Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms.
  3. Manage waste disposal and ensure trash receptacles are emptied and lined appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D. Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous. Proficiency in English and reliable transportation are required.
