Requirements

  • Florida State Fire Fighter Certificate of Compliance or Letter of Completion from the State of Florida Bureau of Fire Standards and Training
  • Valid Florida Driver's license
  • Ability to pass a physical examination and meet the physical demands of the job
Working Conditions

The Fire Medic will work in a variety of environments, including emergency scenes, fire stations, and other locations as needed. The position requires the ability to work in hot, cold, and humid conditions, as well as in areas with poor lighting and ventilation.

The Fire Medic will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
