Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to our residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for assessing residents' health and psychosocial needs, monitoring their conditions, promoting health, and coordinating services. Your expertise will ensure our community adheres to federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding resident services and care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with residents' plans of care, including health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring, health promotion, and service coordination.
  • Ensure the community follows all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address resident needs.
  • Effectively organize, manage time, and communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Delegate tasks and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to seniors' well-being.
  • Be available to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications
  • Two years of LPN experience required.
  • Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing homes.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
  • Ability to ensure community compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks.
  • Dedication to seniors' well-being.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
