Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Guests
    • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for arriving and departing guests
    • Assist guests with parking and provide directions as needed
  • Parking Facility Management
    • Monitor parking lot capacity and ensure that spaces are available for guests
    • Perform daily patrols to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and facilities
    • Report any incidents or safety concerns to management
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a parking or hospitality setting
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Age and Availability
    • At least 18 years of age and available to work a variety of shifts
