We are seeking Spa Services Coordinators who embody the essence of exceptional customer service. Our Spa Services Coordinators ensure the seamless operation of the spa environment, engaging with guests at a high level; handling front desk responsibilities and assisting clients both in person and over the phone. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering a top-tier spa experience.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are dependable, approachable, and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • You excel in collaborative settings, demonstrating strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.
  • Your primary motivation is to facilitate an extraordinary spa experience for guests.
  • You possess a clean background and can provide two professional references.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage appointment scheduling both in-person and via phone.
  • Welcome guests, oversee check-in and check-out processes, guide guests to the salon and locker facilities, conduct tours, assist with retail selections, facilitate future bookings, and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of locker rooms and communal areas by replenishing amenities, handling laundry, organizing clean items, stocking lockers, and disposing of waste.
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.
  • Prepare and dismantle the spa in accordance with standard operating procedures at the start and conclusion of shifts.
  • Serve as the Customer Service Representative for "The Cove" and the entire Shore Lodge and Whitetail property.
  • Assist in organizing spa groups and events in collaboration with the Spa Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the hospitality or beauty sectors.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, management, and guests.
  • Familiarity with computer software and point of sale systems.
  • Proven retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of spa treatment types or prior experience in a resort spa setting is advantageous.
