Speech Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist Specialist to join our team at Ethos Home Health Care and Hospice. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and patient-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients to determine the need for speech therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota and North Dakota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
