Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Anne Carlsen Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, developing, and implementing pediatric speech language pathology therapy services for individual clients and outside contract services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Evaluate clients' communication skills and develop treatment plans to improve their ability to communicate effectively.
  • Provide direct therapeutic intervention to clients, including individuals with developmental disabilities or delays, using various techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, teachers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' progress, treatment plans, and billing information.

**Requirements:**
  • Master's Degree from an ASHA-accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA certificate of clinical competence or eligibility.
  • Ability to manage a caseload commensurate to FTE status.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with developmental disabilities or delays.
