Job Title: ANR Java Developer Full Stack

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team in support of the Army Selection Board System (ASBS) program.

About the Role:

This is a remote role responsible for the development and implementation of updates to existing software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for development tasks and peer review for the ASBS Project.

This position will focus on full stack development with adherence to styles and attention to detail.

The selected candidate must be an excellent communicator, problem solver, and actively independent thinker.

The Army Selection Board System (ASBS) is a web-based application used in the reviewing and recording Soldiers potential for promotion and other selections such as Command or Schools.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Candidate must have a DoD Secret Clearance
  • Candidate must have CompTIA Security+ or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification
  • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study
  • Candidate must have 3+ years' experience with the following:
    • Java Development
    • Development in an Agile Environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Problem solving skills
  • Willingness to mentor others
  • Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, JBOSS, Angular, Rest Services, GraphQL
  • Prior knowledge of Military processes and procedures
  • Angular/React software development
  • STIG, Cybersecurity
  • AWS Cloud
Work Environment:

This is an office environment that requires the ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing.

The selected candidate will be required to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client.

Occasional business travel may be required.

Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by ANR.

Salary Description $90,000 - $110,000 yearly
