We are looking for an entry-level, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and secure working environment for all employees and visitors, overseeing all facilities-related activities.
  • Support the documentation and upkeep of a comprehensive database for all facility-related assets.
  • Assist in the management of office buildings, including space planning and layout.
  • Oversee security and access systems across all company locations.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory for facilities and departmental needs.
  • Communicate regularly with staff regarding facilities operations and updates.
  • Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles and assist with procurement of new vehicles.
  • Manage the placement of marketing signage at various locations as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to inquiries.
  • Support data collection efforts when necessary.
  • Be available for weekend and overtime work as required.
  • Travel to other locations may be necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or during performance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Capable of writing clear and concise correspondence.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting information in small group settings.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling measurements and calculations.
  • Understanding of algebra and geometry principles.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and address problems with straightforward solutions.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and using standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift and move various weights as needed.
  • Work environment includes both office and outdoor settings, with varying noise levels.
