About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Medix. This role will be responsible for facilitating the full cycle recruitment process, collaborating with the Human Resources Manager to attract top talent, and working closely with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and develop talent pipelines, building a diverse network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using various search techniques, including internet mining, networking, social recruiting, advertising, employee referrals, alumni outreach, and college relationships.
  • Continuously evaluate and provide recommendations on trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Sources, evaluates, and disposes applications for internal transfers and external candidates based on position criteria and affirmative action regulations.
  • Support the human resources department in areas including employment status changes, benefits, safety, recruitment, compliance, audits, and reporting.
  • Maintain professional communication channels with team members and outside partners.
  • Full cycle recruitment; maintain complete records of interviews and new hires.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, feedback, and support throughout the interviewing, selection, hiring, and on-boarding processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PHR and/or other HR certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of recruiting and human resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to think abstractly and analytically.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking and human resource information systems; ADP preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office - proficient in MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
