Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Med Center Health. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general radiology imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of general radiology procedures, including imaging and patient safety protocols.
  • Operate advanced imaging, recording, and processing devices to capture high-quality images.
  • Work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
  • Assist patients as needed, providing age-appropriate care and support.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure imaging equipment is functioning properly.
  • Review and send images to our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and utilize equipment according to established guidelines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program of study.
  • State of Kentucky Radiation Operator Certification (ROC) or eligibility for registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R).
