Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation of patients
  • Provide intraoperative general anesthesia care in collaboration with attending anesthesiologists
  • Implement, monitor, and adjust patient physiologic condition as appropriate for type of anesthesia and specific patient needs
  • Transfer responsibility for patient care to other qualified providers post-operatively to ensure continuity of care and patient safety
  • Administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and nerve block anesthesia
  • Support departmental and operating room procedures in the promotion of patient satisfaction and quality
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • Current certification as a CRNA
  • Experience in providing anesthesia care in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
