About the Role:

Penn Medicine is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Chester County Hospital. As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of anesthesiologists and anesthesia technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including general, uro, GYN, OB, spine, ortho, plastics, ENT, colorectal, breast, EPS, and GI surgeries.
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and anesthesia technicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in a broad scope of practice, including pre-anesthesia evaluation, anesthesia induction, maintenance, and recovery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • RN, Bachelor and Master's degree
  • Graduation from an approved and accredited CRNA school and a certification by the AANA (CRNA certified)
  • Pennsylvania Nursing license
  • CRNA certification, CRNA re-certification
  • BLS CPR certification, ACLS certification
  • Prior experience not necessary
