With a network of over 5,000 locations and a dedicated workforce of more than 18,000, we are the leading operator of parking facilities and delivery restaurants across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on parking equipment, ensuring all systems are operational and visually appealing.
- Assist guests with inquiries and concerns, utilizing respectful communication to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to meet and exceed operational standards.
- Report any incidents or safety issues promptly to management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, clients, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in general maintenance and equipment repair is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Electrical experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to:

Work is primarily conducted outdoors, exposing employees to various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures. While protective measures may be provided, employees should be prepared for temperature fluctuations.
