**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties, including inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of HVAC systems and related equipment
* Conduct preventative maintenance and routine servicing of equipment and systems
* Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC issues
* Work under the direction of the Parks and Facilities Supervisor or designee

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
