Responsabilidades:

Habilidades:

Como Especialista en Soporte Comunitario, utilizarás tus excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional a nuestros residentes. También emplearás tus sólidas habilidades para resolver problemas para abordar cualquier inquietud o problema que pueda surgir. Además, necesitarás ser flexible y adaptable, ya que se te puede requerir trabajar fines de semana y noches. El conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones de Vivienda Justa, así como la certificación en RCP y Primeros Auxilios, son preferidos pero no obligatorios.
