Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Marketing: Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, as well as conducting market research.
  2. Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  3. Department Administration: Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of department calendar, production schedules, content calendars, and company policies and procedures library.
  4. Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing Auben's ongoing digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, and/or brand awareness across platforms.
  5. Social Media Management: Assist Director and/or 3rd party marketing partner in brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts, using analytics tools to gauge campaign success, researching industry innovations, and tools.
  6. Google Reviews: Assist in ongoing efforts to increase brand reputation through review campaigns and monitoring.
  7. Branding and Design: Assist in maintaining and/or creating marketing assets, including social media graphics, ads, promotional flyers, web banners, corporate pitch decks, and ensuring branding and voice consistency.
  8. Collaboration with Market Teams: Assist Director in communication with local market teams to establish goals, encourage participation, and determine effective marketing strategies, and supply meeting notes.
