Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly addressing client inquiries

  • Conducting bank account reconciliations
  • Managing ACH and Positive Pay file submissions
  • Executing end-of-day accounting processes
  • Notifying clients of returned items
  • Processing stop payments
  • Facilitating accounts receivable collections
  • Handling accounts payable distributions
  • Managing liability invoicing and credits
  • Balancing customer accounts across various systems
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of banking industry processes and procedures
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficient in multitasking and working autonomously
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience with FOUNDATION, MasterTax, and Salesforce is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience is advantageous
