  • Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Role Summary: The Equipment Maintenance Specialist is tasked with the upkeep, repair, and replacement of various production machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols
    • Service processing machinery
    • Configure and diagnose processing lines
    • Conduct preventative maintenance activities

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain on foot and move for prolonged periods
  • Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical systems
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical/pneumatic schematics
  • Welding experience (Stick, TIG, MIG) is advantageous
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Experience operating forklifts and trucks
  • Knowledge of PLC systems is preferred
