About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanent Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients of all ages, from children to the elderly, helping them regain their mobility and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient's physical condition and needs, developing personalized treatment plans to help them recover and improve their physical abilities.
  • Apply therapeutic exercises, provide massages, initiate traction, administer physical agents, and teach patients how to use medical and auxiliary equipment.
  • Assist patients with orthopedic conditions, helping them recover from surgeries and regain their strength and mobility.
  • Provide specialized care for pediatric patients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for every patient.
  • Educate patients and their families about the therapy process, helping them understand their progress and what to expect in their recovery journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in Rehabilitation, Patient Care, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Physical Therapy.
  • Excellent patient care skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and effective therapy for patients of all ages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex medical information to patients and their families.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to assist patients with physical activities and exercises.
