Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Master Technician to join our team at Car Pros Automotive Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex repairs
  • Examine vehicles and discuss with customers, service advisors, or service managers the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
  • Plan work procedures using charts, technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and experience
  • Remove, disassemble, inspect, repair, and replace units such as engines, transmissions, and differentials as required
  • Rewire ignition systems, lights, and instrumental panels
  • Reline and adjust brakes, align front ends, and repair or replace shock absorbers
  • Replace and adjust headlights and install and repair accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors, and windshield wipers
  • Work in a cooperative and professional manner with all personnel
  • Conform to the company's policy on non-discrimination and harassment
  • Greet all members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner and maintain a professional demeanor while on the job
  • Road test vehicles as needed before and/or after repair
  • Properly use all personal protective equipment
  • Treat members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner, and maintain a professional demeanor while on the job
  • Never use profanity
  • Adhere to the dealership's sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with policies and procedures
  • Follow company standards regarding dress code/uniforms
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
