Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate production activities, including staffing, training, and inventory management.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular audits.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and maintenance, to optimize production processes and equipment.
- Develop and implement 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide coaching and guidance to production staff, including training and development programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach production staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, including lean manufacturing and 5S.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
