Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Lawn and Garden Loader Assistant to join our team at ACE HARDWARE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading customer purchases into their vehicles, ensuring promptness and accuracy. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately $12-$15 per hour.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the parts counter manager and general manager to provide excellent customer service.

This role involves mostly outdoor work with flexible scheduling, including weekends. We require a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading customer purchases
  • Assisting with inventory management and organization
  • Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, restrooms, and kitchen areas
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • 16 years or older; no lifting restrictions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
